The Public Gratification Palace Platform comes from (12) personal interviews pertinent to both top-down and bottom-up stakeholding groups. This research method gave insights on the supply and demand, the capabilities and limitations, and the opportunities and challenges of materializing the Public Gratification Palace Framework into a viable and valuable Platform.
